What do you think of Teen Wolf so far, just out of curiosity? That show ate my tumblr dash like whoa.

I think it is mediocre to poor, honestly.

The main character is boring and the worst equipped person on the whole show to be a werewolf. The plot is lackluster and poorly executed.

I actually like the female (and many of the "grown up") characters but they never actually get to do that much or have development.

I feel like my interest peaked about midway through the first season when I thought "this is fun, LOLS" (I stopped, for the moment, a couple episodes into season 2).

So it might actually be a good fandom show in the sense that it is not fulfilling my wishes so there is space to work out issues in fic, but it is not a good show in my opinion and is not actually doing anything interesting even.

Also, are we Tumblr friends? I cannot remember everyone's Tumblr names and I know I have some friends added that I have forgotten who they are.

I'd heard that Tyler Posey is an awful lead and that S1 is pretty bad, but then S2 is supposed to be sort of like the new (S1-S2) TVD going by my tumblr friends. But if you don't like it, then I don't think I will.

Ha, this is a good way of putting what makes things have good fandoms. They sort of have to be a little bit bad or a little bit unfulfilling to make you want to be creative in them!

To be fair, I only got like 2 or 3 episodes into Season 2, but they did not seem to be any better than season 1 to me.

Yes. Shows or books that do everything you would want, don't really leave you with room to be creative.
