food regrets

Dear Self,

Buttered toast, a couple pieces of cheese, and a bunch of mini marshmallows hardly constitute a good day's nutrition. Since you were feeling too queasy for the leftover corned beef and cabbage from yesterday, the marshmallows were a particularly terrible idea.
