Mythological Incest

shakanaman and I were talking about mythological incest, and we kept somehow making Apollo/Artemis a paring... even though the idea was other fandom characters as canon incesty myths. Then we started discussing the possiblity of subtext, what with the whole thing about Apollo getting upset when Artemis had a thing for Orion and tricking her into killing him and all.

hmm I dunno, but P.C. Cast writes really good greek myth romance books. LoL she had hades/persephone. but yea, lots of incest back then...yucky

lol. Well Hades is her uncle... as is Zeus her father.


The moral of greek myths is that gods are allowed to commit incest but mortals aren't.
