Yeah, I was trying to rationalize it with Veronica's need to do stupid things for the sake of her missions... originally she was just going to be contact high because they were somewhere that was pretty much hotboxed, but making it more extreme worked better for the plotline. It was definitely a stretch, but hopefully it was amusing enough to make up for that.
