FOX was actually starting to get on my good side recently. They didn't cancel Bones when we expected them to. Then there was the announcement of the Dollhouse deal. I was feeling their reform. But now they have announced that they are moving Bones to Friday. FRIDAY! Seriously. They just lost all of the points they might have gained over the last few years.

Bones already was in the top 10 shows most moved and they have been gaining viewers but FOX just keeps making it harder.

It wouldn't be a big deal if it had started there, but it's like FOX wants to kill the improvement in ratings that has been going on since they put it as it's current spot.

Also Bones isn't really that nerdy, it is, but it is also a procedural which is totally socially acceptable to watch. It has no supernatural element etc.

Wait. Wait. My question is, when is the time slot that they're going to be sticking Bones on Friday, is it at 7p central or is it at 8p central, because I can't handle it if it's at 8p central and they have it up against Friday Night Lights. Ugh! This pisses me off royally.

Phew, 7pm. I can handle that, at least it's not pitted against FNL, which comes on at 8pm for me. I'm just thankful for that, I'd hate to have to choose between the two of them. Ghost Whisperer I can live without, definitely.

I realize that Friday is still a bad night for it, but it's better than nothing at all. That's how I'm going to look at it. After all, they could be taking it away from us completely. At least this way, we're still getting to watch.

I hate Fox, and yes, I was almost ready to forgive them (with the Dollhouse news and the keeping of Bones for more than two seasons without crazy antics). Now... grr! Fox!!!

I thought it was an excellent move to put Bones before House; they're similar enough that I figured there would be a lot of crossover between the two audiences.

Indeed. I seriously hate Fox so much.

And Idol, which I cannot believe people are watching... except I think that fact that it takes up Tuesday-Thursday sort of guarantees that since people are bound to want to sit down and watch tv as some point in that stretch and once you see some of something you kind of want to know what happens. Wow... I've just discovered the secret of AI's continued success.
