I've seriously never gone to a fandom convention before and I am not even into HP much these days, but it's close and the name is awesome and I sort of totally want to.
I've never gone to a fandom con, and I'm kind of mostly out of HP, but dude, an HP con in SF! Couldn't pass that up. (Also, HBP screening at the Metreon!)
I'm not even in fandom anymore, but I have a lot of friends who are and omg so close. Plus one of my friends is a co-chair of some sorts. So, yeah, going. You should too.
